Family[]

Millie/Relationships (1)

Lin and Joe[]

As their daughter, Millie enjoys a close and loving relationship with her parents, which is reciprocated. However, she has expressed aggravation towards both her parents due to their behavior towards her husband, as well as some of their scolding tendencies regarding her violent behavior. Millie has even spoken up against her parents regarding their opinions around Moxxie.

Sallie May[]

It is implied that Millie enjoys a typical sibling rivalry with her sister. Millie has been shown to be argumentative towards Sallie regarding her parents signaling Millie out for her violent tendencies while seemingly ignoring Sallie's. Millie expressed further annoyance at Sallie for her disrespect of Moxxie, and her betting on Moxxie dying during an event.

Millie/Relationships (2)

However, in "Hell's Belles", the two were shown to be close, with Sallie May traveling from the Wrath Ring to spend the day in Imp City with Millie. The sisters proceeded to cause chaos in the city while also having a fun time, eventually leading to them having a heart-to-heart, with Sallie May admitting she felt like she had no way to keep being apart of Millie's life. Millie admitted she missed how things used to be as well and offering Sallie May the chance to visit more often, with the day ending in a scuffle and movie night between the two.

Crimson[]

Crimson is Millie's father-in-law. Upon their initial meeting, Millie tries to be polite to him and introduces herself. Millie expressed concern because she didn't know why Moxxie had never introduced them to each other, noting that she never heard anything about Moxxie's father before.

Tensions rise greatly inside of Crimson's mansion and Millie became upset that Moxxie never told her about his mafia origins. When Crimson guilt-trips Moxxie for "ignoring his family", Millie bites back with a passive-aggressive remark of her own, defending Moxxie and validating him avoiding his family, showing she isn't afraid of Crimson and was actually quite mad at him for inviting Chaz, forcing Moxxie to be in the proximity of an ex who makes him upset. She increasingly becomes upset and surprised about Crimson after she learns he had ordered Moxxie and her to sleep in separate rooms, but goes along with his wishes for Moxxie's sake.

After hearing of Crimson and Chaz's plan to coerce Moxxie into a forced marriage, she killed a considerable amount of Crimson's gang in retaliation, demonstrating her distain for Crimson. However, upon managing to get to Moxxie, she symbolically waited for Crimson to give his permission before taking Moxxie, showing him a slight respect on the grounds of being Moxxie's father. After I.M.P returns to their building, Millie refers to Crimson as a psychopath, indicating she sees him as a crazy individual.

Employees of I.M.P[]

Moxxie[]

Moxxie is Millie's husband and co-worker. They have a very positive relationship, with Millie adoring Moxxie. The two are very affectionate and passionate with each other, are not above publicly displaying their affection for each other, and often defend each other from accusations.

Millie is overly protective of Moxxie, having been shown to disregard her own personal safety to save Moxxie whenever he is in danger, such as in "Spring Broken" when a Catfish Monster tried to eat a drunken Moxxie, or in "The Harvest Moon Festival" when she saw that Striker was choking him, and in "Exes and Oohs" when she took out a numerous gang members when Crimson had tried to force Moxxie to marry Chazwick.

However, her extreme protectiveness has been shown to make her more blood-thirsty and blinded by rage, which can sometimes make her vulnerable to a skilled combatant, such as when she was easily overpowered by Striker in "The Harvest Moon Festival" despite her own intense strength in combat and having the upperhand. Despite her protectiveness of Moxxie, she seems to enjoy teasing him on occasion.

There is also some examples of her getting hurt and frustrated by Moxxie, such as in "Seeing Stars" where she had enough of Moxxie falling for human scammers, killing the human conning Moxxie, then yelled at Moxxie "March, Mister!" as the portal to I.M.P office opened.

In "Unhappy Campers" Millie comforted Moxxie when he felt upset about wanting to do his mission his way, and supported him throughout the week. However, Moxxie blamed Millie for his shortcomings and expressed his annoyance by her popularity with the campers, causing Millie to lash out about him not supporting her while she supported him, and not taking her advice about killing who was obviously guilty. Seeing her tearful outburst, Moxxie felt regret and made things right with his wife by showing his support for her, even despite the insults he received from others while doing so.

Blitzo[]

Blitzo is Millie's boss. Millie holds an amicable relationship towards Blitzo, and overall appears to like Blitzo as a boss. Millie appears to tolerate, and even somewhat enjoy Blitzo's invasive and teasing remarks towards Moxxie. She herself does sometimes enjoy teasing Blitzo. In a final scene of "Unhappy Campers", for first time she reacted with an angry face to Blitzo insulting Moxxie.

Loona[]

Loona is Millie's co-worker. Millie is generally dismissive of Loona, typically referring to her as "our hellhound" or "Blitzo's Hellhound", suggesting that Millie views Loona as a lesser being compared to her. Millie is also quick to jump to defend Moxxie whenever Loona insults him.

Millie/Relationships (3)

Despite their animosity towards each other, the pair have been shown to be able to put aside their differences and cooperate if the situation calls for it, such as their rescue mission to save Blitzo and Moxxie in "Truth Seekers". In such circ*mstances the pair have even complimented the other's combat abilities.

Others[]

Stolas[]

The pair are acquaintances through Blitzo. Millie appears to hold a positive disposition towards Stolas, and appears to be generally supportive of Blitzo's relationship towards the Goetic prince.

She was also deeply worried about Stolas in "Western Energy" when he was badly injured by Striker and took him to the hospital.

Striker[]

Initially, Millie had a cordial relationship with Striker who was working on her family's farm as a ranch hand. However, this immediately becomes antagonistic when she finds him trying to kill Moxxie, with her furiously stabbing Striker repeatedly in the back.

She refers to him afterwards as a "brown-nosing co*cksucker", and she vocalizes the fact that he was an assassin to her parents since they hired him in the first place.

In "Western Energy", she was eager to the prospect of clashing against Striker alongside Moxxie. She showed great fighting prowess by disarming Striker and forcing him to retreat by crushing a giant statue of himself on him.

Chazwick Thurman[]

Chazwick Thurman was Millie's, and Moxxie's, ex-boyfriend. Millie displayed an extremely violent and negative reaction regarding Chazwick upon an alleged chance encounter in "Exes and Oohs". Millie's anger regarding Chaz is exacerbated to a further extreme upon learning how Chazwick had abandoned Moxxie to be arrested and thrown in prison back while the two were dating, leading her to draw a knife on Chaz and attempting to lunge at him.

The history of their relationship and the reasons for her hatred of him have yet to be explored.

Humans[]

Eddie[]

NOTE: The events depicted within the Helluva Boss pilot are confirmed to be not canon to the main Hazbin Hotel franchise by the creators.

Millie did not seem to mind being insulted by him, but she drew the line when Eddie starts degrading Moxxie.
